Day 2: TASHKENT-URGENCH/KHIVA MORNING FLIGHT 07.40/09.20 BY HY-55/1hr 40 min
  Breakfast at hotel.

Early morning transfer to the airport for flight to Urgench (1093 km, 1 h. 40 min.). Departure at 07:00, arrival at 08:40. Transfer to the hotel in Khiva (30 km, 35 min.). Later proceed for guided walking sightseeing tour in UNESCO World Heritage site Itchan-Kala Fortress (Architectural complex of Ichan-Kala is a mini town and excursion is held inside of Ichon-Kala by walk). Visit: Mausoleum of PahlavanMakhmud (XVII-XIX), Tosh-Khowli Palace (Harem) (1830-1836), Kunya-Ark Fortress (1868-1888), Kalta-Minor Minaret (1855), Medrese of Shergazi-Khan (1718-1720), Complex of Alla-Kuli Khan (XIII-XVIII), Juma Mosque and Minaret (XII-XX). Karavan-Saray (XVIII), Minaret and Mosque of Khodja-Islam (1908-1910), Tim of Ala-Kulikhan (XIX), Medrese of Abdulla-Khan (1865), Mausoleum of Said Alautdin (XIV), Medrese of Mukhamad Amin-Khan (XIX), Walls of Ichan-Kala (XVIII-XIX), Palvan-Darvaza Gate (XIX). Free time before Dinner. Lunch/Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 3  URGENCH/KHIVA-DASHOGUZ (CROSSING SHAVAT UZBEKISTAN/TURKMENISTAN  BORDER)-KUNYA-URGENCH-DARVAZA
  Breakfast at hotel.

In the morning drive to Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan border point Shavat-Dashoguz (60 km, 1 h.). Go through border formalities on both checkpoints. Cross 1.5 km neutral zone (transportation may not be available).. Meet your Turkmenistan guide and drive to Kunya-Urgench (100 km, 1 h. 30 min.). Visit mausoleums of Turabek Khanum, Sultan Tekesh, Sultan Il-Arslan, Najmuddin-Kubra, Sultan Ali Discover the Kutlug-Timur Minaret and Kyrk Molla hill. Lunch en route .In the afternoon drive to Darvaza gas crater located in the middle of Karakum desert (270 km, 4 h.). Set up the camp. Enjoy a delicious fire-cooked meal for dinner near the burning gas crater. Overnight in tents. Overnight in Darvaza Gas crater (in tents)

Day 4: DARVAZA-ASHGABAT
  Breakfast at hotel.

After camp style breakfast depart to Ashgabat (280 km, 4 h.). Upon arrival, visit to Sunday Bazaar in the Ashgabat vicinity. In the afternoon explore archeological site of Old Nissa (The ruins of Old Nissa – residence of the ancient Parthian kings, visit center of the city with magnificent new marble building and fountains) included in UNESCO World Heritage list and visit Anau Mosque remains. Lunch/Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: ASHGABAT CITY TOUR
  Breakfast at the hotel.

Sightseeing in Ashgabat:

·         Spiritual Mosque in Kipchak;

·         You will visit the National Museum of History,

·         Monument of Neutrality,

·         Presidential Square,

·         Ertugrul Gazi Mosque and newly built Independence Park.

·         Intense and interesting excursion also includes a stopover at the Akhalteke horse stables and Lenin Monument.

Lunch/Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Ashgabat

Day 6: ASHGABAT/TURKMENABAT—(BORDER)—BUKHARA (160km)

After breakfast depart to airport to take flight Turkmenabat at 10.30. Upon arrival, have a lunch. Afternoon drive to Bukhara via Farab (Turkmenistan/Uzbekistan Border).  Go through border formalities on both checkpoints. Cross 1.5 km neutral zone. Meet your local Uzbek Guide and driver. Transfer to hotel. Check in. Free time before Dinner. Dinner is at the Madrassah Nodir Divan Begim with folklore performance.

Day 7: BUKHARA CITY TOUR
  Breakfast at hotel.

9.00 a.m. start excursion program over Bukhara: Old town, Kalon Assembly, Zindan Prison, Ark Citadel, Lyab-I-Haus Plaza, Kukeldash Madrassah;

Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon: Summer Palace, Museum of National Crafts, Palace of Moon and Stars

Free time before Dinner. Dinner at local restaurant.

Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 8: BUKHARA – GIJDUVAN -SAMARKAND BY BUS 300 km/4hrs
  Breakfast at hotel.

After breakfast half day excursion to BahauddinNaqshbandiMausolem– famous Sufi spiritual leader of this region in 14th century. BahouddinNaqshband’s cult was highly venerated among folks. The rulers, too, paid a considerable attention to this architectural ensemble.

Later drive to Samarkand. En route visit Gijduvan – visit the house of famous potter Alisher. We see all the processes from clay to pottery making. Gijduvan pottery is famous for unique coloration and techniques. Lunch with potter’s family of AlisherNazrullayev + master classes of bread baking and shashlyk cooking Upon arrival to Samarkand check-in hotel and rest.

Dinner will be arranged outdoor in a local Uzbek house of Ilkhom, where guests would have an opportunity to enjoy delicious home-made food and enjoy the authentic and homey atmosphere of Uzbek hospitality.

Lunch/Dinner is at local restaurant.

Day 9: SAMARKAND-TASHKENT  BY TRAIN (17:00-19:10)
  Breakfast at hotel.

After breakfast start second part of Sightseeing in Samarkand:

·         Gur-Emir mausoleum – the burial place of the Great Amir Temur and his dynasty (XIV-XV c.).

·         Reghistan square – the main square of Samarkand. It consists of MadrassahUlugbek (XV c.), Madrassah Sherdor (XVII c.) and MadrassahTilla Kori) (XVII c.).

·         BibiKhanum mosque – was named for the honour of the eldest wife of Great Timur (XIV c.).

·         Siyab local bazaar – taste the best breads and fruits of Samarkand.

·         Shakhi-Zinda necropolises – which means “Alive King” (XI-XII c.).

Lunch/Dinner at local restaurant. Afternoon go to Tashkent. Upon arrival go to Dinner. Transfer to Hotel. Check in.

Day 10: TASHKENT- CHIMGAN MOUNTAINS-TASHKENT
  After breakfast, drive to Chimgan Mountains (80 km, ~2 h.). You will be driving the road lying in picturesque surroundings full of local villages, gardens, and streams. If the cableway is functioning take 3 km long ride in Beldersay gorge to Kumbel peak (2400) where the longest ski track has its start. Have a walk in mountain area. Continue to the shore of Charvak reservoir, surrounded by green mountain flanks. With numerous resorts, beaches, and children summer camps, Charvak Lake is a favorite place of locals and foreigners to enjoy summer days outside the city. Overnight in Tashkent.

Day 11: TASHKENT-BISHKEK BY FLIGHT HY-777 07.50/10.00 1hr 10min
  Breakfast at hotel.

Early Morning depart to Airport to take flight to Bishkek by HY-777 at 07.50. Upon arrival, Meet Kyrgyz local guide and driver then drive to Bishkek. Lunch at local restaurant (in Bishkek). After Lunch go for Sightseeing in Bishkek: Central Square Al-too, White House, Parliament House, Manas Statue, and Lenin Statue. Transfer to hotel. Check in. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 12: BISHKEK–BURANA TOWER-CHON-KEMIN (160 KM/3-4 HRS)
  After breakfast we depart from Bishkek. First stop is in Don-Aryk village to watch Kyrgyz National Horse Game (Ulak-Tartysh) , then have lunch in Kyrgyz family where you will have a chance to taste one of the Kyrgyz National Food (which is called Besh-Barmak it means Five Finger leaking food). Later, go to Burana Tower near the town of Tokmok, 60km east of Bishkek. The minaret from the 11th century is the only remaining building from the ancient town of Balasagun, once capital of the mighty Karakhanid Empire. You can walk up the winding staircase and enjoy a nice view of the Chuy valley. There is also a small open-air museum with “balbals”, carved stone figures used as monuments. After excursion in Burana, we then continue driving further into the mountains to a guesthouse in the beautiful Chon-Kemin Valley. Upon arrival, check in. In the afternoon you can have a walk in the village, observe the life of the local people, or optionally go for whitewater rafting. Dinner and overnight in the guesthouse.

Day 13: CHON-KEMIN- JETY-OGUZ/EAGLE-SHOW (300 KM5-6 HR)
  After breakfast transfer to Jety Oguz along the southern shore of Issyk-Kul lake. Lake Issyk Kul is the second-largest mountain lake in the world, after Titicaca. Located at an altitude of 1600m, it is a slightly saline lake with no outlet, surrounded completely by the Tien Shan Mountains. Some evidence suggests that ruins of an old trade center from 2nd century BC can be found under the water. We drive along the entire Southern shore of the lake and make a stop half way, to visit Skazka canyon (Fairy Tale). By late afternoon we arrive in Jety Oguz Valley with the famous red rock formations “Seven Bulls” and the “Broken Heart”. Your guide will tell you the legends of how the rocks got these names. Lunch in Kyrgyz Family. Near the village of Jety-Oguz we will then meet an eagle hunter, who will make a demonstration for us. Dinner and overnight in the Yurt camp.

JETY-OGUZ-KARAKOL CITY (40km/1 h)
After breakfast we walk to Waterfall for couple hours, Lunch at Yurt Camp. Afternoon, drive to Karakol, upon arrival, go for Karakol city tour: Visit Orthodox Church, Dungan Mosque then Prjevalski Museum. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Guesthouse.

Day 15: KARAKOL-ALTYN-ARASHAN/HOT-SPRINGS-KARAKOL
  In the morning transfer to Altyn Arashan gorge by Russian military 4WD vehicle. Altyn Arashan (“Golden Spa”) gorge is one of the most famous gorges in Karakol, there you will see wonderful fir tree forests and there are also thermal springs in the whole gorge. Afterwards you will have whole day time for hiking in the gorge and then you will be transferred to the city. Upon arrival to Karakol go to hotel for some rest. Dinner in Uighur family where you can watch how to make Uighur Noodle which will be demonstrated by Uighur cook and join the process of making Noodles; (Uighur Noodle Master class) then enjoy Folk music;

Day 16: KARAKOL-ALAMATY/CHARYN CANYON VIA KEGEN LAND BORDER CHECKPOINT (KG/KZ)
  Breakfast at hotel.

Early morning, depart to Almaty via Kegen (Kyrgyzstan/Kazakhstan) border (140km/3hrs). Go through border formalities on both checkpoints. Meet Kyrgyz local guide and driver then drive to Charyn Canyon is one of the unique natural monuments of Kazakhstan. The canyon is about 12 million years old and surprises with its vertical cliffs, reminding the ancient castles, created by wind, sun and rain.

It will take about 2 hours to reach the canyon. Meanwhile, you will hear a lot of interesting about the history and nature of the region, about Kazakh people, their life and traditions as well as have a lunch/Picnic in open air condition. And as soon as you see Charyn Canyon you will forget about this long way at once – so much you will be impressed with the beauty and splendor of the canyon. You can admire the grand panorama and then have a walk through the maze of the Castles Valley with its inaccessible walls overhanging you.

Anyone who has ever been to the Charyn Canyon, falls in love with it forever!

Continue driving to Almaty. Dinner and rest time the hotel.

Day 17: ALMATY CITY TOUR
  Breakfast at hotel. Early morning start city tour in Almaty:

Day 18: ALMATY-DUSHANBE  BY KC-131 (Air Astana) 10.55/11.45 1hr 55 min
  Breakfast at hotel.

Go to Airport, take flight, upon arrival. Visa Procedures. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, Sightseeing in Dushanbe:

·         Tajikistan United Museum – includes the exhibits on history, natural history and art;

·         Museum of ethnography – professional showcase of 20th century Tajik art. The collection includes pottery, carpets, cloaks, embroidery, jeweler, musical instruments, woodwork and more.  Sleeping Budda;

·         Monument Somoni and park Rudaki;

·         Ancient Oriental Bazaar;

·         Craft workshop;

·         Hissar Fortress which is considered to be one of the ancient fortresses of Central Asia with its Caravanserai, madrasah, museum. 12th century mosque and many legends attributed to them;

Day 19: DUSHANBE –ISKANDERKUL LAKE- KHUDJAND 360 km/ 7-8hrs
  Transfer to Iskanderkul Lake, known as a lake of Alexander the Great. The area of the lake is 340 ha. According to the legend, the Iskanderkul Lake was named after Alexander the Great, known as Iskander in the East. People say that Alexander the Great’s path to Central Asia from India laid through this lake. Lunch at traditional homestay “Dilovar”. Exploration the surroundings of the lake: five springs, Zmeinoe lake (Snake lake).  Afternoon continue driving to Khudjand. Upon arrival. Check in. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 20: KHUDJAND-TASHKENT 170 km/2 hrs 30 min
  Breakfast at hotel.

9.00 a.m start excursion over Khudjand city with visiting the Museum of Archeology and Fortification, Shaikh Muslihiddin Mosque, Panjshanbe Bazaar, the biggest bazaar in Tajikistan, Arbob Palace named after S. Urunhodlaev (20th century).  You will try delicious Tajik cuisine at a local restaurant. Afternoon, Drive to Tajikistan-Uzbekistan border point Oybek (70 km, 1h.). After passing the border Oybek, meet local Uzbek guide and driver on Uzbekistan side and transfer to your hotel in Tashkent (100 km, 1.5hrs.) Check in. Free time before dinner. Dinner at local restaurant.
